Comments: I want to let everyone know that were it not for the generosity and absolute down-home kindness of Chuck Phipps, Sharp Couny, Arkansas, would not have a website. Chuck donated his time and talent to put Sharp County on the internet. He did all the maintenance on the site, even after he left the area. Sharp County is to this day grateful for Chuck Phipps.
